Return and Cancellation policy
- We will only refund if an item was misrepresented or there was an error in the description.
- The pictures should be considered as part of the item description. We do not accept return if there is isignificant imperfection (tiny dent, scratches etc) that present on pictures, but are not mentioned in description.
- We take responsibility for merchandise lost or damage in shipping. Please, unpack the parcel in courrier presence. If the item is borken or damaged, obtain document signed by courrier (or other expeditor company representative) confirming that you received damaged item. This procedure is international. We will not refund for broken item without this document.
- If an item was not delivered due to buyers fault (buyer gave us incorrect address, refused to pay custom fees, did not collected an item in appropriate timeframe etc), we will issue partial refund as soon as we will receive the item back - original payment minus all shipping costs. Please, take into consideration that return shipping price can me more expensive than original shipping.
- If you wish to return an item, please, contact us first. No unauthorized returns.
- For return consideration, buyer must contact us within 3 days after receipt of purchase and item must be returned within 14 days as shipped, fully insured for full purchase price.
- Item must be returned undamaged in original condition by registered insured mail.
- We do not tolerate fraud. We will decline "returns" from e-market cheaters and frauds.
